Westerwald Stoneware Mug with Applied Decoration, early 18th century, highly-ovoid form with footed base and heavily-tooled collar, the surface decorated with molded and applied floral buttons surrounded by heavily-applied cobalt slip. Restored handle. Otherwise excellent condition. H 7 1/4".
