Unusual Glazed Redware Ring Jug, possibly Galena, IL, second half 19th century, circular flask with short spout, the surface covered in a streaky lead glaze over a colorful green ground with bright orange spotting. Excellent form and color. Provenance: Found in Indiana. Excellent condition with a minor 1/2" chip to shoulder, possibly in-the-firing, and some typical spout wear. Diameter 9 1/2".
