Rare Glazed Stoneware Jar, Stamped "H.H. ZIGLER / NEWVILLE, PA," circa 1852-1865, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, the surface covered in a highly unusual olive-colored glaze over a gray ground. Impressed on underside with H.H. Zigler maker's mark. Very nice condition with some residue and light wear to rim. H 5 1/2".
