Very Rare Salt-Glazed Stoneware Pitcher, Stamped "H. FOX," Chatham County, NC, third quarter 19th century, ovoid pitcher with footed base and tall, narrow collar, the midsection decorated with an incised wavy line flanked by heavy horizontal banding. A highly unusual form for this maker. A flake to left of spout and a tiny nick to interior of spout. H 11".
