Rare One-Gallon Stoneware Jug, Stamped "J. MILLER / WHEELING. Va.," circa 1830, ovoid jug with tooled shoulder, heavily-tooled spout, and salt-glazed surface, impressed with rare "J. MILLER / WHEELING. Va." maker's mark at shoulder. Surface wear throughout. Otherwise excellent condition. H 12 1/2".
