Small-Sized Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Mid-Atlantic or possibly VA origin, second quarter 19th century, cylindrical jar with heavily-tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, brush-decorated around the shoulder with four hanging floral motifs. Very nice condition with some shallow chipping to base and a minor in-the-firing ping to interior of rim. H 6 7/8".
