Three-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "A.P. DONAGHHO / Parkersburg, W.Va.," circa 1880, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, featuring A.P. Donaghho maker's stenciling above a stenciled geometric band and a stenciled 3 with surrounded geometric stenciling. Excellent condition with a shallow chip to each ear, faint staining, and some minor in-the-firing contact marks near base on reverse. H 13 1/2".
