Glazed Redware Jug, Galena, IL origin, second half 19th century, highly-ovoid jug with footed base and semi-squared spout, the surface covered in a clear lead glaze over olive ground with heavy orange spotting. Horizontal crack and chip to handle. Light wear to spout, surface, and foot. An in-the-firing dry area to surface. H 10".
