Rare and Fine Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Canning Jar with Stenciled Cherries Motif, Stenciled "Greensboro", Hamilton & Jones, Greensboro, PA, circa 1870, tapered jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim with "wax sealer" interior, the front featuring a stenciled design of three cherries hanging from a leafy stem, below the word, "Greensboro".
