Six-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "JAMES HAMILTON & CO. / GREENSBORO. PA," circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with freehand stripes and stenciled flourishes surrounding crisp James Hamilton maker's stenciling. Excellent condition.
