One-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "WM. MOYER. / HARRISBURG PA," circa 1858-1861, ovoid jug with tapered spout, decorated with a brushed design of a closed tulip with spotted interior. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark and handle terminals. Thin cracks to shoulder area. Short, faint surface lines to interior of spout, probably in the making. A minor chip to exterior of spout. H 12".
