Three Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, Western PA and WV origin, circa 1875, a five-gallon churn with profuse freehand cobalt decoration, Greensboro, PA origin; a two-gallon jar with stenciled and freehand decoration, stenciled "Jas. Hamilton & Co. / Greensboro, / Pa.;" and a six-gallon jar with stenciled geometric banner, stenciled "A.P. Donaghho / Parkersburg, W.Va." Churn with significant restoration. Hamilton jar with significant restoration to rim, a minor Y-shaped surface line to body, a minor line to base, a tiny chip to interior of rim, and some staining. Donaghho jar with significant, crude restoration to a broken section at base, extending to underside, the restoration being incomplete.
