One-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "J. HEISER / BUFFALO N.Y.," circa 1852-1856, ovoid jug with squared spout, decorated with a brushed flowering vine featuring spotted details. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark. Excellent condition with two small nicks to interior of spout, one with a very short line extending from it, as well as very short line to base on reverse.
