Four Stoneware Jars, Stamped "H.H. ZIGLER / NEWVILLE, PA," circa 1852-1865, a small-sized, Albany-slip-glazed jar with Zigler maker's mark on underside; two salt-glazed canning jars with Zigler maker's mark at shoulder; and a one-gallon ovoid jar with Zigler maker's mark at shoulder. Smallest with wear to rim. Canning jars in the excellent condition, the larger example with a rim chip. One-gallon ovoid jar with rim chips. H (of smallest) 4 3/8".
