Glazed Redware Jar, probably Galena, IL origin, second half 19th century, cylindrical jar with elaborately-tooled shoulder and squared rim, the surface covered in a lead glaze over a colorful yellow and orange ground with red spotting. A 1 7/8" rim chip. Small rim chips. A base chip and two minor base nicks. A Y-shaped line to base, extending a short distance onto underside. H 10 3/4".
