Two-Gallon Stoneware Cake Crock, Stenciled "A.P. DONAGHHO. / PARKERSBURG, W. VA.", circa 1880, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, decorated with the diagonal, bold-faced maker's stenciling "A.P. DONAGHHO. / PARKERSBURG, W. VA.". Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a small in-the-firing bloated spot at base on front, the underside with raised area that prevents the crock from sitting flat.
