One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1860, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim with additional tooled accent, the shoulder decorated with three leafy stems capped with stylized blossoms. Heavy chipping to rim, with the majority of chips on the rim's interior. Faint, approximately 2" X-shaped surface line, not visible on interior.
