One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Henry Harrison Remmey, Philadelphia, mid 19th century, ovoid jar with rounded foot, tooled shoulder, squared rim, and rounded lug handles, decorated on the front and back with two fan-shaped flowers extending from a leafy stem. Wide, curving cobalt stripes under each handle. Excellent, essentially as-made condition.
