Three-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "BURGER & LANG / ROCHESTER, N.Y.," circa 1870, ovoid jug with semi-squared spout, decorated with a finely slip-trailed design of a flowering plant with ruffled petals and shaded leaves. Excellent condition with a 1" in-the-firing chip to base.
