Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Spittoon, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1875, with tooled foot, carved opening at shoulder, and circular opening on top surface, decorated around the body and opening with cobalt swags. Spidering cracks in underside, a few of which continue onto body of spittoon.
