Six-Gallon Stoneware Jar, PA origin, circa 1870, large-sized ovoid jar with ribbed handles and squared rim, decorated with brushed cobalt flowers on the front and back and unusual star-shaped blossoms under each handle. Restoration to front below decoration, extending onto underside. Two glazed-over rim chips. Stone ping to front. H 17".
