Two Philadelphia Stoneware Crocks, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, circa 1875, rare one-gallon handled crock, impressed with the advertising "J.B. CORNELL / 2108 RIDGE AVE," surrounded by cobalt swags. Reverse decorated with a cobalt tulip. Paired with a cylindrical jar with cobalt leaf decoration. Advertising crock with handle chip and rim chips. Other jar with several rim chips, and a hairline on underside, continuing onto base. H 7 1/4" ; Diameter 7 1/2".
