Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stamped "COWDEN & WILCOX / HARRISBURG, PA," circa 1865, ovoid jug with semi-rounded spout and applied handle, decorated with three brushed cobalt flowers interspersed with leaves. Some restoration to handle. Faint horizontal line under spout on reverse. 2 1/2" faint vertical line from base on reverse. H 14 1/4".
