Small-Sized Tanware Pitcher, New Geneva or Greensboro, PA origin, circa 1885, ovoid pitcher with angular moldings at base of collar, and slightly flared rim, brush-decorated around the body in Albany slip with an undulating fuchsia vine design. Further decorated above with dash, stripe, and drape motifs. Dotted treatment to spout. Stripe decoration to handle and highlights to handle terminals. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 6".
