Rare Miniature Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Pitcher, Edgefield District, SC, second or early third quarter 19th century, ovoid pitcher with wide, slightly-flaring collar, the surface covered in a light-olive alkaline glaze with darker accents, applied over cream-colored clay. Exceptional size. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 3 1/2".
