Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Bowl, attributed to Thomas Chandler, Edgefield District, SC, mid 19th century, flaring bowl with thin, semi-rounded rim, coated in a mottled olive-colored alkaline glaze on the exterior and celadon-colored alkaline glaze on the interior. Provenance: Richard and Cindy Pearce Collection. Wear to interior. A 2 1/2" hairline from rim. Diam. 11 1/4" ; H 5".
