Scarce Stoneware Pitcher, Stamped "CHARLESTOWN," Barnabas Edmands Pottery, Charlestown, MA, circa 1820, ovoid pitcher with cylindrical collar and tooled rim, the exterior coated in a clear salt glaze, the interior with Albany slip coating. Two large, adjacent reglued pieces to collar on reverse, including rim chips and a 4" crack descending from the reglued pieces. Otherwise excellent condition. H 11 1/2".
