Small-Sized Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jug, Edgefield District, SC origin, third quarter 19th century, semi-ovoid jug with tapered spout, the surface covered in a light-olive alkaline glaze. Provenance: Richard and Cindy Pearce Collection. A long horizontal crack at base on reverse / sides. Otherwise excellent condition. H 8 3/4".
