One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Cake Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, PA origin, circa 1865, cylindrical form with squared rim and applied lug handles, brush-decorated with two flowers motifs on the front and reverse and cobalt highlights to the handle terminals. A thin 2 3/4" crack from rim on one side. Chips and wear to rim. Grease residue to surface. Exfoliation to interior base. H 7 3/8" ; Diam. 9 3/4".
