Two Small-Sized Stoneware Jars with Cobalt Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1870, measuring one-quart and one-half-gallon in capacity, both with brushed foliate motifs. Both in excellent, essentially as-made condition, the larger jar with some fry to cobalt. H (of shorter) 7".
