One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Signed "GNF," George Newman Fulton, Alleghany County, VA, circa 1875, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and flattened rim, brush-decorated with the initials, "GNF," between swag and floral motifs. Large, 5 3/4" reglued section at base/underside. Otherwise excellent condition. H 9 3/8.
