Six Stoneware Jars, American, 19th century, four with salt-glazed surfaces, two with Albany-slip-glazed surfaces. One jar includes brushed cobalt drapes at shoulder, attributed to Branch Green, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1820; another is impressed at base with the mark, "R.C.R. / PHILA.," Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1875. All in very good to excellent condition. Remmey jar with a small chip to interior of rim. H (of Remmey jar) 11".
