Three White Family Stoneware Crocks with Cobalt Bird Decorations, NY State origin, second half 19th century, a two-gallon cylindrical crock with fan-tailed "running" bird decoration, stamped "WHITES UTICA.;" a three-gallon ovoid jar with bird on flowering branch, stamped "WHITE'S UTICA;" and a three-gallon cylindrical crock with bird on flowering branch, stamped "WHITE & WOOD. / BINGHAMTON N Y." Two-gallon Whites Utica crock with two cracks from rim, a chip to interior of rim, fry to cobalt, and some water glass staining. Three-gallon jar with a crack from rim on front, blurriness to cobalt, a large rim chip, and long cracks. White & Wood crock with flaking, chips, and cracks. H (of tallest) 10 3/8".
