Half-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to William Linton, Baltimore, MD, circa 1860, ovoid pitcher with footed base and tall, narrow collar, decorated around the body with upward-and-downward-pointing fan-shaped flowers. Swag decoration to collar and spout. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Good condition with crazing to base of handle, an X-shaped line beside handle, and some light staining. H 9 1/4".
