One-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Impressed Decoration, Old Bridge, NJ or Troy, NY origin, early 19th century, ovoid jug with tooled spout, footed base, and ribbed strap handle, decorated with impressed and cobalt-highlighted circular design resembling a flower blossom. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Very good condition with a glazed-over base chip beside another base chip as well as a tiny base chip on reverse. H 13".
