One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Henry Harrison Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1835, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, decorated three times around the body with a drooping fan-shaped floral motif. An X-shaped hairline on underside, including one line extending 1 1/4" up base. H 10 1/2".
