Two One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jugs, Stamped "COWDEN & WILCOX / HARRISBURG .PA," circa 1865, both of ovoid form, one decorated with a spitting tulip, the other decorated with a tulip bud. Tulip-decorated jug with a surface chip to right side and a few base chips. Bud-decorated jug with a few spout chips and two iron pings. H (of shorter jug) 11".
