Scarce One-Quart Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, attributed to Madison Woodruff and Romanzo Smith, Cortland, NY, circa 1868, small-sized, cylindrical jug with semi-squared spout, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a scrolled, looping flourish with swag-decorated interior. Desirable size. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 8".
