Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Pig Flask, Midwestern origin, circa 1885, molded flask in the form of a reclining pig with applied tail and opening in rear, the salt-glazed surface decorated throughout with cobalt splotches. Additional cobalt highlights to eyes and snout. Chips to ears, snout, and spout. A 1/2" flake to one front leg. L 6 1/2".
