Tanware Pitcher, New Geneva or Greensboro, PA origin, circa 1885, ovoid pitcher with flared collar, decorated in Albany slip with sweeping fuchsia vine designs around the body. Freehand stripes to rim, base of collar, and base of pitcher. Albany slip dash decoration to collar and spout. Additional dash decoration on each side of the handle. Albany slip highlights to the handle terminals. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 8 7/8".
