Glazed Redware Salt and Pepper Shakers, Signed and Dated "BY R.R. Stahl / 5/ 18/ 51", Russell R. Stahl, Powder Valley Pottery, Lehigh County, PA, 1951, wheel-thrown, ovoid forms with footed bases, tooled shoulders, and chip-carved tops perforated with holes. Surfaces covered in a specked lead-and-manganese glaze. Each incised with R.R. Stahl inscription on underside. Both in excellent condition with very minor wear. H (of each) approx. 3".
