Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jugs, NY State origin, circa 1875, a one-gallon jug with ornately slip-trailed "1", stamped "WEST TROY / N.Y. / POTTERY"; paired with a one-gallon jug with slip-trailed floral spray, stamped "J.A. & C.W. UNDERWOOD / FORT EDWARD, NY". West Troy jug with staining, in otherwise excellent, essentially as-made condition. Fort Edward jug in essentially as-made condition with some spots of fry to cobalt.
