Slip-Decorated Redware Plate, Philadelphia, PA origin, early to mid 19th century, with coggled edge, the interior decorated in yellow slip with foliate motifs flanking a series of wavy lines. Excellent condition with some light staining, some very minor surface wear to interior, and a small in-the-firing contact mark near edge. Diameter 9 3/4".
