Two Pieces of Northeastern U.S. Stoneware, circa 1870-1885, a two-gallon jug with stylized floral decoration, stamped "F.B. NORTON / WORCESTER, MASS."; paired with a three-gallon crock with brushed and slip-trailed floral motif, stamped "N.A. WHITE & SON, / UTICA, N.Y.". Norton jug in excellent, essentially as-made condition with some short, in-the-firing lines to base and underside and a small drip of paint to shoulder. White crock in excellent condition with a chip to each handle and some light water glass staining to surface.
