One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "H.B. PFALTZGRAFF / YORK, PA", circa 1870-1889, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and flattened rim, decorated with a large, boldly-brushed tulip. Provenance: Deaccessioned from the the Pfaltzgraff Pottery Archives, York, PA. Brushed cobalt highlight to maker's mark. Heavy chipping to rim.
