One-Gallon Wheeling, WV Stoneware Advertising Jug, Western PA origin, circa 1875, semi-ovoid jug with footed base and tooled spout, the front featuring the stenciled cobalt advertising "JOHN FITZPATRICK / 1060 / MARKET SQUARE / WHEELING / W. VA.". Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a minor in-the-firing separation on underside.
