One-and-a-Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, Stenciled "WILLIAMS & REPPERT / GREENSBORO / PA," circa 1885, cylindrical crock with semi-rounded rim, featuring Williams & Reppert maker's stenciling between two freehand stripes. A large freehand "1 1/2" with flourish appears to the right of the stenciling. Thin sealed 3 3/4" crack from rim on reverse. Otherwise excellent condition.
