Small-Sized Redware Bowl with Elaborate Slip Decoration, probably Berks County, PA, 19th century, tapered bowl, decorated with a central brown-and-cream slip flower blossom, surrounded by bands of green, brown, and yellow slip. The stylized flower blossom motif at the center is closely related to several Berks County plates with similar designs. Excellent size and decoration. A few flakes to interior. Otherwise excellent condition. H 1 7/8" ; Diameter 6 3/4".
