Stoneware Jar with Elaborate Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1875, approximately three-quart cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated with a repeating decoration of two oval-shaped blossoms extending from a multi-leafed stem. Strong decoration with excellent color. 1" base chip. Minor nick on interior of rim.
