Three-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Impressed Eagle and Swan Decorations, Stamped "GARDINER STONEWARE / MANUFACTORY / GARDINER, Me.," circa 1880, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with impressed swan and eagle-with-flag design, both highlighted in light cobalt. A few chips on interior of rim. Otherwise excellent condition.
